Counselling

We will have a brief free conversation prior to making an appointment to ascertain if we proceed. I will request you to give thought and planning for us to further discuss when we meet.

When your appointment is made a text message will be sent advising you of your appointment and payment details. A reminder text will be sent 2 days prior to your appointment.

All sessions, including the Intake /first session, are 50 minutes in length and attract a fee of $130. If we are meeting online this fee is to be paid on line prior to our meeting. This limits the distraction at the end of our session as you process our time together. 

If you need to cancel our session this is required with respectful timing considerations of others and myself so as someone else could have this time. Payment will be expected if you do not show for your appointment. 

I offer the following services:

• Counselling
  Young people are required to attend with a care giver they live with. Some time will be spent individually during the session and in follow up sessions.   Counselling is a process to assist each individual to make changes for improved daily living. Relational connections are opportunities for repairing trauma. Anyone under the influence of substances are deemed to be not in the mindset for counselling.
• Family Group Conferencing
  Families at times struggle in communications particularly when families do not have the traditional structures. Connecting with some members of the family may be limited and requires some working out. I can facilitate a process where everyone has their view shared before a conference is attended by all concerned and agreements are designed by the family.
• Privacy and secure encrypted
  Transmissions and brief notes will be kept confidenitiality.
